Rogall completed a full exterior restoration and painting project for both the Northern and Southern buildings of this Morro Bay Apartment Complex, beginning with a soft wash to remove dirt, mold, and contaminants, followed by a detailed Home Health Report identifying areas of concern such as dry-rot and coating failure. All exterior stucco surfaces were carefully masked, primed, and sealed with a spray/roll application across every wall and elevation, including the parking garage ceiling.
